Charles is a dynamic individual whose journey through life is marked by resilience, versatility, and a profound commitment to helping others. Starting as a ledger clerk at a major bank in 1996, his impressive work ethic led to roles in training, finance, forex exchange, and international shipping. His passion for making a difference led him to create opportunities for youth in his community, culminating in the establishment of a successful construction company. In 2005, Charles ventured into real estate, leveraging his diverse expertise to assist people in managing their property investments. He rapidly rose to prominence in the industry, serving on boards, contributing to qualification development, and offering training services. He holds the designations of Property Practitioner Real Estate (PPRE) and Master Property Practitioner Real Estate (MPRE). He is also a qualified Facilitator, Coach, Mentor, Assessor and Moderator. Charles is a member of the Core Group for the Department Of Human Settlements in Cape Town in the Commission of Training and Capacity Building for Real Estate agents and is heavily involved in other aspects of the industry. He currently holds the position of National Financial Director of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa. He is part of a team of CEP's (Community of Experts), selected by Services SETA and QCTO, who wrote the new qualifications for Property Practitioners. Beyond his business acumen, Charles is a gifted musician with a love for choral music and an unwavering commitment to outreach programs, particularly for Cape Town's youth. His infectious zest for life and dedication to nurturing others' talents make him a truly remarkable individual.
